A pack of natural solid soaps with low environmental impact is included for each participant.
Fuel, packed lunches and water for excursions, 1 dinner on land, set of sheets and towel, Asinara national park tax, any additional nights in port and everything not mentioned in the Includes are excluded.
The itinerary includes the island of Asinara, Stintino, Alghero and surrounding areas
Every day long excursions will allow us to explore Nature, meet locals and admire views in complete silence.

Disembarkation Saturday 8.30am Alghero
Once we arrive at the port we will leave our backpacks in the cabin before starting to get to know each other, toast and have a short briefing
Sunday: sailing towards Stintino where we will do the first trekking
Monday: navigation towards Asinara where we will arrive for an excursion in time to enjoy an exceptional sunset after having taken the first swim in these transparent waters.
Tuesday: trekking on the island from Cala Reale towards Trabuccato and Sentiero della Memoria with a stop at the Sea Turtle Recovery Center
Wednesday: trekking on the island from Cala Oliva towards the famous lighthouse with a stop at the crystalline Cala Sabina
Thursday: trekking in the Cala Fornelli area, swimming in its calm waters before setting off towards the Sardinian Coast
Friday: trekking in the Capo Caccia area, return to Alghero for the last dinner together of celebration, memories and smiles
At the end of each excursion the boat will be waiting for us to relax, swim, enjoy an aperitif at sunset, daydream while looking at the stars.
We will cook on board, delighting you with excellent quality, organic and natural cuisine, mainly 0 km from the island and cruelty free.
Traveling responsibly also means choosing food that has as little impact on the environment as possible. For this reason we will have on board our famous Pasta and Flour from Ancient Grains and inevitably Sardinian Products such as wine beer biscuits etc.
Overnight stays will be compulsorily at the Asinara buoy, while in the harbor where not in Asinara ( in exceptional cases it is possible to arrange an (extra) overnight stay in port for a fee)
The program (including moorings) is indicative as it is subject to weather conditions, and only the Skipper will have the right to decide it definitively.
The beauty, exclusivity and silence of the island are guaranteed thanks to the rules of the Park, which make this island an unusual destination.
Smoking is prohibited on Asinara with the exception of urbanized areas and landing points
Ban on dumping any solid/liquid into the sea, sinks and showers cannot be used on the boat, we will have to use bathrooms on the island, dishes cannot be washed even with water alone. On the boat it will only be possible to use the toilet as it is equipped with a tank.
Peremptory ban on waste water discharge into the sea, within 3 miles.
Prohibition on bringing pets
Bathing is permitted everywhere except for the fully protected areas called ZONE A
For private sailing and motor boats, access can only be made to one of the 4 buoy fields in the Marine Protected Area. Anchoring is prohibited throughout the entire park.
The capture, killing or even simple disturbance of all animals in the Park, including insects and wild boars, is prohibited .
It is forbidden to feed the animals.
You can't fish or hunt
It is obviously forbidden to abandon waste of any kind , including cigarette filters.
It is not permitted to take anything away from Asinara, from stones to shells, including feathers and sticks. It is advisable to take away some non-organic waste brought from the sea as a souvenir.

An expert leader of groups on trekking excursions, she particularly loves places like these in periods outside the other season : this is why she continues to accompany you on these adventures, full of anecdotes, of Nature, of challenges outside the comfort zone. Ho trovato tutto quel che mi aspettavo ed anche molto, molto di più: si termina il viaggio già con la voglia di prenotarne un altro con loro!

Claudia oltre ad essere preparata e disponibile è una persona sempre sorridente e attenta alle esigenze di ogni partecipante. I profumi dei luoghi toccati,e gli sguardi di ogni persona incontrata nella gte hanno reso questa esperienza magnifica.... Come direbbe Manfredi... Basta la salute e un paio di scarpe nuove e puoi gira tutto il mondo!!!! Grande lasca la randa,grazie Claudia e Roberto!!! Torno dall'Elba con la voglia di un vela trekking...... Abbiamo soggiornato in posti commoventi e gustato cibo a km 0 preparato con passione e cura! Consiglio vivamente questa avventura...non la dimenticheremo e vi arricchirà!

Trekking magnifico, come tutti sanno, che Claudia (anima e mente di Lasca la Randa e grande esempio di imprenditoria femminile) ha organizzato in ogni dettaglio e gestito con simpatia, professionalità e sicurezza (nonostante, nel nostro caso, un meteo complicato). Molto interessante e mai banale la scelta dei punti di ristoro e di pernottamento che hanno reso il cammino anche una bellissima esperienza umana. Assolutamente consigliata

Valeria Boccazzi12/01/2024I participated in the New Year's trek in Pantelleria. It wasn't just a holiday but it was a real journey. The information received by telephone from Claudia immediately gave me the impression of a well thought out and structured formula but in an informal mood. Happy to have decided to overcome the resistance of leaving alone, or without knowing anyone, once I landed in Pantelleria it was all a succession of positivity. Enchanting and ancestral places, changing and varied (from the peaks to the coasts) were the backdrop to six days of well-being, laughter and silence, sharing and reflection, effort and rest. Our group blended very well right from the start and for this thanks to Claudia and Roberto for the incessant and tireless desire to convey the essence of the island but above all for having been able to create a relational climate which was the true success of this Pantelleria 23/34. Ilaria Colzi04/01/2024I have participated in several trips with Lasca La Randa, both velatrekking and New Year's Eve trekking in Pantelleria and I understood that when you leave with Claudia and Roberto it will not be "just" a trip but a unique and special experience. You find yourself living in an almost surreal world, not only made up of landscapes, unforgettable sunsets, trekking between mountains and cliffs, swimming in crystal clear waters, but also immersed in the local way of life, going to discover its characters, food and traditions . It's a profound journey, which ties you to the place you visit and the people you visit it with and helps you get to know yourself better. Claudia and Roberto have the ability to unite the participants who, although they have just met, find themselves experiencing the same emotions... nothing is left to chance, sharing comes first, and in an instant the group becomes close-knit. Every trip I have taken has been unique and has won a piece of my heart. A particular love goes to velatrekking, absolutely worth trying! Swimming at dawn before leaving for the excursion, Roberto coming to pick you up in a cove after the effort of trekking and enjoying the aperitif and the sunset in the middle of the sea, spotting dolphins and living in harmony with the sea have not price! There is only one downside to all this: it's addictive... as soon as you get back you can't wait to book another trip!!!
