The itinerary includes the island of Capraia and the beautiful crossing in search of cetaceans
Every day long excursions will allow us to explore Nature, meet locals and admire views in complete silence.
Boarding is scheduled at 10.30 am at the Port of Portoferraio (directions will follow to book the ferry with our discount code)
Once we arrive at the port we will leave our backpacks in the cabin before getting to know each other and having a short briefing.
Barring adverse weather conditions, we will leave immediately for Capraia
The itinerary includes the island chosen by the Monk Seal, Capraia
During navigation we will all be attentive in the lively hope of meeting some dolphins or whales, also alternating a few moments of eco-sustainability pills and information and knowledge of the animals that inhabit the sea.
Walking we enter the island along the Monte delle Penne ring.
A beautiful excursion will take us to the other side of the island, passing through the Stagnone towards Monte Penne from which you can admire an incredible panorama of the west coast and Corsica.
We will pass through lands where goats graze, and where in the past the penal colony took root which is still visible today.
We will climb up to Monte Arpagna , also called the Semaforo as it is a military control and signaling post on the Corsica channel. Breathtaking 360 degree view.
We will continue descending towards Cala Rossa, dominated by its tower, one of the most beautiful scenarios of the Archipelago, rich in history and geology.
Cala Rossa which we will see from above but also from the sea, with one of the most precious baths of the trip
Passing through the former agricultural penal colony we will head towards the northern tip of the Punta della Teglia island with its tower overlooking the sea. Continue along the path that leads to the suggestive Queen's Tower , a paradise for seagulls and mouflons .
At the end of each excursion the boat will be waiting for us to relax, swim, enjoy an aperitif at sunset, daydream while looking at the stars.
Disembarkation is scheduled for June 2nd at 5.00 pm Port of Portoferraio.
We will cook on board, delighting you with excellent quality, organic and natural cuisine, mainly 0 km from the island and cruelty free.
Traveling responsibly also means choosing food that has as little impact on the environment as possible. For this reason we will have on board our famous pasta and flour made from ancient grains of Montespertoli, Tuscan products but above all jams, vegetables, wine and beer produced directly in Capraia.
Overnight stays will be at anchor but it is possible to arrange an overnight stay in port for a fee (extra) if the sea weather conditions require it.
The program is indicative as it is subject to weather conditions, and only the Skipper will have the right to decide it definitively.
