Meeting at 6pm (or later based on arrival times) at the port of Sami, Kefalonia, cabin accommodation and briefing.

Da Sami (porto base a Cefalonia, raggiungibile in aereo o traghetto) facciamo rotta verso nord con sosta in baia per un primo bagno nelle splendide acque della Grecia Jonica. La sera raggiungiamo la famosissima Fiscardo, tappa di Cefalonia prima di raggiungere Itaca.

Rotta verso le bianche scogliere a nord ovest di Itaca, Kioni, bellissimo villaggio con una splendida baia da cui un bellissimo sentiero che ci porta fino alla cima più alta di Itaca (800 m di dislivello positivo). Stupenda vista dall’alto

Walking we also reach Perachori with its Venetian bell tower, frescoes and views and then begin a pilgrimage to the places described by Homer in the southern part of the island, the most desolate and inaccessible.

From the panoramic Katharon Monastery you ascend to Nerito, cross the expanse of Paleocora where you can see the monoliths of Anoghi, and then descend towards Frike

From Stavros we go to explore the Marmaka peninsula and its very beautiful beaches to reach Pilikata and the "school of Homer" or go up to Exoghi from which we glimpse Jerusalem as a ghost city and arrive at the gulf of Polis, where a votive fragment in honor of Odysseus and 12 of the 13 Homeric braziers.

Weather permitting, our goal is to take you to Atokos, Kalamos and Kastos, a paradise for lovers of silence, of real Greece, of monk seals.

Friday return to Kefalonia, last dinner together to relive memories.

The excursions are indicative, as the route is determined by the weather conditions. The excursions can take place in the evening in sunset mode or during the day, with departure even at dawn according to Claudia's decisions.

I Pernottamenti saranno prevalentemente in rada (tranne la prima ed ultima notte entrambi incluse nella quota), ma in altri casi è possibile prevedere a pagamento pernottamento in porto.

The program is indicative as it is subject to weather conditions and various types of needs, and only Roberto and Claudia have the right to decide it definitively.

Porto di Sami can be reached using the methods indicated in the convocation phase.

Your Guide

Claudia , founder of Lasca la Randa: Environmental hiking guide licensed under the law, with a master's degree in marine biology.

Expert leader of groups on trekking excursions, she particularly loves Greece : this is why she continues to accompany you on these adventures, full of anecdotes, of Nature, of challenges outside the comfort zone. He always searches for the essence of places, especially if they are islands, after all, we reflect ourselves a bit.

He loves going on excursions, even long ones, laughing, making you reflect on the beauty of slow rhythms that this experience has . He loves animals, he always carries food for cats and dogs in his backpack that he meets along the paths (except in Asinara!)

Sometimes he brings with him notes to read on stories and anecdotes, poems that are for daily reflection.

50 foot boat equipped with 5 cabins and 3 bathrooms, equipped with a tender and outboard engine to be able to reach the beaches and coves for swimming and to start hiking.

Booking Terms e
Cancellation

The booking will take place upon receipt of the signed contract and the bank transfer equal to the requested amount (50% at the time of booking, 50% within 40 days of the departure date).

Cancellation by the customer can only and exclusively occur via email and is to be considered valid only if there is written confirmation.

In case of withdrawal from the contract by the traveler before departure, for any reason, even unforeseen and unexpected, a penalty will be charged. The amount of penalties is quantified as follows:

from the day after booking up to 60 days no penalty, no refund, 100% paid voucher valid for 6 months from the departure date of the trip.
from 59 to 40 days before departure 100% penalty, no refund of the deposit, no voucher.
from 39 to 0 days before departure 100% penalty of the entire fee, no refund, no voucher.

In caso di sottoscrizione polizza assicurativa, verrá fatto riferimento alle condizioni in oggetto. Sará trattenuto il 10% della quota del viaggio per spese di gestione.

Terms of Communication

The reservation is considered as such only after having sent the signed contract to the email address indicated and having received the bank transfer of the requested amount.

What to Bring

Technical trekking clothing, trekking shoes (no sneakers), 15-25 liter trekking backpack, windproof rainproof shell, hooded sweatshirt

Beach clothing, swimsuit, slippers, snorkeling mask, rock shoes, beach towel

Head torch, water bottles of at least 2 liters each, soft bag with the essentials (no trolley), sun cream, hat, beauty bag and all personal essentials

Double sheets/single sleeping bag and pillowcase (unless specifically requested among the extras)

Each member will receive a more exhaustive list in the invitation approximately 3 weeks from the departure date
