To get to know the island of Elba beyond the sea, you need to walk, talk, meet and eat/stop in places away from classic tourism.
The path of the lighthouses and traffic lights is made up of 6 stages, which we divide into two weekends.
Day 1
Inizia finalmente il Cammino dei fari e semafori. Raggiunta Portoferraio con traghetto delle h 7.30 e Patresi con bus/taxi, inizierá la nostra avventura dal Faro di Punta Polveraia, imponente struttura militare costruita nel 1909 che si affaccia sul Canale di Corsica. Dopo aver ammirato il primo faro, inizieremo a seguire il sentiero fino al borgo di Marciana Marina dove volendo possiamo mettere i piedi in acqua, prima di ripartire salendo verso la montagna per raggiungere il meraviglioso agriturismo.
Day 2
Dopo una deliziosa colazione, percorriamo il sentiero fino ad incontrare una piccola realtá agricola dove sosteremo. Scendendo verso il mare di Procchio, costeggiamo il mare con sentiero le suggestive spiagge della costa nord Biodola, Scaglieri, Forno e Viticcio, fino a raggiungere Portoferraio. Qui si potranno ammirare il faro di Forte Stella, che fa parte delle fortificazioni medicee insieme al Forte Falcone e alla Torre della Linguella. Una storia affascinante lega questa cittá ai Medici e Napoleone.
L´escursione di oggi si conclude con il faro dello Scoglietto, posto sulla cima dell'isolotto dello stesso nome all'ingresso del golfo di Portoferraio.
By bus/taxi we reach our second accommodation, with a typical dinner in a farmhouse.
Day 3
La terza tappa del nostro cammino inizia percorrendo il sentiero più famoso dell'elba, la GTE, nel senso contrario a quello che siamo noi soliti fare, portandoci fino al semaforo di Montegrosso, un ex punto di controllo e di difesa costruito durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale e adibito oggi a residenza privata. Lungo l´itinerario lo sguardo spazia su tutte le isole circostanti dell´arcipelago, oltre a farci ammirare la fortezza del Volterraio.
Da qui ci dirigiamo verso il caratteristico paesino di Cavo, dove faremo l´ultimo abbraccio fra noi e saluto al mare con i piedi in acqua!

Un viaggio esclusivo, perché saremo in pochi (8-13 partecipanti) per creare gruppo e condivisione, accompagnati con passione dalla guida Claudia, creatrice dei viaggi, preferiamo piccole strutture per pernottare, contatto umano con le persone locali, preferiamo per voi alcuni piccoli ristoranti, scegliamo di viaggiare fuori stagione per farvi immergere nel luogo senza folla e senza attivitá da turismo di massa e riflettere sui ritmi lenti.
Abbiamo un obbiettivo: farvi tornare a casa malinconici, felici, certa di aver organizzato per voi il viaggio nel migliore dei modi!

Technical trekking clothing, 30-40 l backpack, high trekking shoes (no sneakers), anti-rain and windproof shell, water bottle at least 1.5l, glass/mug, head torches, binoculars (optional), any cutlery for lunches a bag, beauty and everything you need
