Saturday – Meeting at 10.00am La Spezia station (10km 400m difference in altitude +)
Transfer to Lerici by scheduled coach, from which we will begin the first excursion. A path towards the very pretty Tellaro, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Return to Lerici, visit the city before going by car to Portovenere
Last 30min climb to reach our accommodation at the refuge with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the Apuan Alps.
Sunday – (12km, 600m difference in altitude +) from our refuge we begin the path with a complete sea view that takes us towards the cute Campiglia, a passing town. Here we will descend towards the sea with a staircase up to Persico. Deserved break facing the sea before setting off along the path towards Portovenere. In the background the small island of Palmaria with its sisters Tino and Tinetto. We go up Monte Muzzerone for a 360 degree panoramic view. Return to the refuge where we will take the backpack to return to Portovenere from which to take the bus to La Spezia (or ncc).

Overnight stay in half board mode will be held at a delightful refuge in a dominant position over the sea and the Apuan Alps, with rooms with bunk beds and shared bathrooms on the floor, a convivial atmosphere guaranteed.

The booking will take place upon receipt of the signed contract and the bank transfer equal to the requested amount (50% at the time of booking, 50% within 40 days of the departure date).

Technical trekking clothing, recommended backpack maximum 30 l weighing less than 7kg without water, compulsory trekking shoes (better if high), anti-rain and windproof shell, water bottle at least 1.5l, beauty bag and all personal essentials, bathrobe, sleeping bag (blankets present in the structure)
We ask you to avoid plastic bottles, non-compostable wipes, etc
