Meeting at 6pm (or later based on arrival times) at the port of Sami, Kefalonia, cabin accommodation and briefing.

From Sami (base port in Kefalonia, reachable by plane or ferry) we head north with a stop in the bay for a first swim in the splendid waters of Ionian Greece. In the evening we reach the famous Fiscardo, a stop in Kefalonia before reaching Ithaca.

Heading towards the white cliffs north west of Ithaca, Kioni , a beautiful village with a splendid bay from which a beautiful path takes us to the highest peak of Ithaca (800 m of positive altitude difference). Stunning view from above

Walking we also reach Perachori with its Venetian bell tower, frescoes and views and then begin a pilgrimage to the places described by Homer in the southern part of the island, the most desolate and inaccessible.

From the panoramic Katharon Monastery you ascend to Nerito, cross the expanse of Paleocora where you can see the monoliths of Anoghi, and then descend towards Frike

From Stavros we go to explore the Marmaka peninsula and its very beautiful beaches to reach Pilikata and the "school of Homer" or go up to Exoghi from which we glimpse Jerusalem as a ghost city and arrive at the gulf of Polis, where a votive fragment in honor of Odysseus and 12 of the 13 Homeric braziers.

Weather permitting, our goal is to take you to Atokos, Kalamos and Kastos, a paradise for lovers of silence, of real Greece, of monk seals.

Friday return to Kefalonia, last dinner together to relive memories.

Saturday 8.30am landing.

The excursions are indicative, as the route is determined by the weather conditions. The excursions can take place in the evening in sunset mode or during the day, with departure even at dawn according to Claudia's decisions.

Overnight stays will be at anchor (except for the first and last night, both included in the fee), but in exceptional cases of necessity it is possible to arrange an overnight stay in port for a fee (extra).

The program is indicative as it is subject to weather conditions and various types of needs, and only Roberto and Claudia have the right to decide it definitively.

Your Guide

Claudia , founder of Lasca la Randa: Environmental hiking guide licensed under the law, with a master's degree in marine biology.

Expert leader of groups on trekking excursions, she particularly loves Greece : this is why she continues to accompany you on these adventures, full of anecdotes, of Nature, of challenges outside the comfort zone. He always searches for the essence of places, especially if they are islands, after all, we reflect ourselves a bit.

He loves going on excursions, even long ones, laughing, making you reflect on the beauty of slow rhythms that this experience has . He loves animals, he always carries food for cats and dogs in his backpack that he meets along the paths (except in Asinara!)

Sometimes he brings with him notes to read on stories and anecdotes, poems that are for daily reflection.

Ho scelto di fare la GTE con Lasca La Randa per l'attenzione all'ambiente e la vocazione a far conoscere l'anima più autentica di un posto, sapori inclusi. Quando si sceglie di provare esperienze di più giorni,zaino in spalla e avventura la guida a cui decidi di affidarti è fondamentale. Claudia oltre ad essere preparata e disponibile è una persona sempre sorridente e attenta alle esigenze di ogni partecipante. I profumi dei luoghi toccati,e gli sguardi di ogni persona incontrata nella gte hanno reso questa esperienza magnifica.... Come direbbe Manfredi... Basta la salute e un paio di scarpe nuove e puoi gira tutto il mondo!!!! Grande lasca la randa,grazie Claudia e Roberto!!! Torno dall'Elba con la voglia di un vela trekking...... La GTE con Lascalaranda è diversa dai soliti trekking...è verissimo, non è uno slogan e basta!

Con Lasca La Randa ho fatto la Gran Traversata Elbana. Trekking magnifico, come tutti sanno, che Claudia (anima e mente di Lasca la Randa e grande esempio di imprenditoria femminile) ha organizzato in ogni dettaglio e gestito con simpatia, professionalità e sicurezza (nonostante, nel nostro caso, un meteo complicato). I participated in the New Year's trek in Pantelleria. It wasn't just a holiday but it was a real journey. The information received by telephone from Claudia immediately gave me the impression of a well thought out and structured formula but in an informal mood. Happy to have decided to overcome the resistance of leaving alone, or without knowing anyone, once I landed in Pantelleria it was all a succession of positivity. Enchanting and ancestral places, changing and varied (from the peaks to the coasts) were the backdrop to six days of well-being, laughter and silence, sharing and reflection, effort and rest. Our group blended very well right from the start and for this thanks to Claudia and Roberto for the incessant and tireless desire to convey the essence of the island but above all for having been able to create a relational climate which was the true success of this Pantelleria 23/34. I have participated in several trips with Lasca La Randa, both velatrekking and New Year's Eve trekking in Pantelleria and I understood that when you leave with Claudia and Roberto it will not be "just" a trip but a unique and special experience. You find yourself living in an almost surreal world, not only made up of landscapes, unforgettable sunsets, trekking between mountains and cliffs, swimming in crystal clear waters, but also immersed in the local way of life, going to discover its characters, food and traditions . It's a profound journey, which ties you to the place you visit and the people you visit it with and helps you get to know yourself better. Claudia and Roberto have the ability to unite the participants who, although they have just met, find themselves experiencing the same emotions... nothing is left to chance, sharing comes first, and in an instant the group becomes close-knit. Every trip I have taken has been unique and has won a piece of my heart. A particular love goes to velatrekking, absolutely worth trying! Swimming at dawn before leaving for the excursion, Roberto coming to pick you up in a cove after the effort of trekking and enjoying the aperitif and the sunset in the middle of the sea, spotting dolphins and living in harmony with the sea have not price! There is only one downside to all this: it's addictive... as soon as you get back you can't wait to book another trip!!!

By now I can define myself as a regular at Lasca la Randa (or a fan?). Whether it's a summer velatrek, a trekking trip or a day excursion in Tuscany, Claudia manages to make the experience special and create groups of strangers who at the end of the trip or the day seem to have known each other all their lives.

Claudia, great guide, positive person in every sense. From her words and the way she leads you along the paths, all her love for nature shines through, furthermore, given that sometimes when venturing into trekking we might run into some unforeseen events, she does not neglect anything for the purposes of the safety of the participants. Her backpack and her mind are like a magician's top hat from which she pulls out surprises, but unlike the top hat the ones that come out of her are real and not illusions. When destiny, destiny, are on your side you happen to meet people like Roberto and Claudia. A trip to celebrate an important birthday allowed us to meet this couple of eco-sustainable sailing and excursion professionals. Our experience was limited to sailing, and Roberto is a great skipper, but we were also able to enjoy the exceptional cuisine and impeccable service provided by Claudia and Roberto himself. They made our holiday unforgettable with professionalism and discretion, but they were able to bond with us in an incredible way. The added value of Lasca la Randa is precisely the two of them. Claudia is the hiking guide you wouldn't expect. I have done more than one daily trekking excursion with her and I will do as many again. With Claudia there is no shortage of professionalism, kindness and a lot of friendliness. What makes her unique is her tireless love for the protection of animals and the environment that surrounds us and her unfailing attentive look towards life understood as a journey to rediscover our true inner values, against the current, which perhaps may not correspond to what society would have wanted for us, or what we ourselves believed we wanted for ourselves, but which if we manage to follow them, will lead us towards immeasurable happiness. Booking Terms e
Cancellation

The booking will take place upon receipt of the signed contract and the bank transfer equal to the requested amount (50% at the time of booking, 50% within 40 days of the departure date).

Cancellation by the customer can only and exclusively occur via email and is to be considered valid only if there is written confirmation.

In case of withdrawal from the contract by the traveler before departure, for any reason, even unforeseen and unexpected, a penalty will be charged. The amount of penalties is quantified as follows:

from the day after booking up to 60 days no penalty, no refund, 100% paid voucher valid for 6 months from the departure date of the trip.
from 59 to 40 days before departure 100% penalty, no refund of the deposit, no voucher.
from 39 to 0 days before departure 100% penalty of the entire fee, no refund, no voucher.

In caso di sottoscrizione polizza assicurativa, verrá fatto riferimento alle condizioni in oggetto.

What to Bring

Technical trekking clothing, trekking shoes (no sneakers), 15-25 liter trekking backpack, windproof rainproof shell, hooded sweatshirt

Beach clothing, swimsuit, slippers, snorkeling mask, rock shoes, beach towel

Head torch, water bottles of at least 2 liters each, soft bag with the essentials (no trolley), sun cream, hat, beauty bag and all personal essentials

Double sheets/single sleeping bag and pillowcase (unless specifically requested among the extras)

Each member will receive a more exhaustive list in the invitation approximately 3 weeks from the departure date
